This little fellow had just wandered in when I took the shot. He was obviously pretty hungry, and began eating some leftovers that had been scattered around the area by a neighbor.

In this picture, we have a classic standoff between a fox kit and the resident black cat. That cat won't hesitate at taking a swat at one of the foxes when food's present.

I shot this picture one day while waiting in a small clearing off to the side of the main field. Pretty soon, the old dog fox came along, and gave me this pose.

Here's another picture of the dog fox enjoying some chicken that we set out for him.

In this picture, he decided to take off and cache part of his meal. Sometimes, he'd do this as many as three or four times before returning to eat again.

Here he is again walking over toward the feeding area.
