Art Themes - Cheerleader

The following are ideas for cute, family friendly images featuring cheerleaders (Jr High, High School, and college). The basic theme is to show events that may be common for a cheerleader.

In all scenes, the girls are dressed in cheerleader outfits. Use a variety of styles commonly found -- long sleeve, short sleeve, sleeveless, long skirt, short skirt, bare belly, traditional panty, or cycle shorts.

At the bottom of the drawing, add the caption of the piece. Part of the joke or emphasis in the drawing is given in the caption.

Suggested pictures

Sweet and sour

Bulletin board with make/cut list. One girl is walking away sad because she was cut, another is looking at the list and showing excitement because she made the team.

The perfect cheer

A girl in the classic jump pose with a leg hooked in the front.

What the guys like

A girl bending over to pick up pom poms, giving a slight skirt peek of her panty.

Dreaming

Two girls sitting on a bench beside the football field. A thought bubble over one shows her thinking about the quarterback. A thought bubble over the other shows her thinking about cheesecake.

Getting ready

Locker room scene, girl sitting on bench all dressed and ready to go, she is leaning forward on the bench putting on her shoes. More a cute picture than a funny one.

Reading assignment

Girl, on her stomach, lying on bed in uniform reading National Cheerleader magazine, popping bubble gum, and chatting on the telephone.

New uniform?

Girl is reacting as she doesn't like the micro skirt that leaves her panty always exposed, the bare belly, and the short tank top. She is tugging on the top in a fashion that expresses, "I'm cold, this doesn't cover enough; bleech!"

Splits hurt

Girl doing a split, but has an expression of pain; maybe even a little tear.

Bored in class

Girl falling asleep while sitting in school desk.

Will you go out with me?

A nerdy guy is handing a flower to the girl. Sort of like the scene of Wilford first asking Minerva Mink for a date from Moon over Minerva.

Problem with outdoor events

Girl is soaking wet and very unhappy; standing in the rain, in a puddle, next to the football field.

Problem with indoor events

Auditorium scene; girl in middle of a cheer with a basketball zooming at her.

Girl is leaving a bakery and eating a big piece of cake.

Two girls are posing for the camera trying to be as cute as possible.
