A Prophecy Not to be confused with telling of future events. The ability to warn a person of the direction a person is taking and what will likely happen if they do not change direction.
B Teaching The ability to train fellow believers. Making the Word of God "come alive".
C Knowledge The ability to discover the truths within the Word of God, being able to understand those "difficult" passages.
D Wisdom The companion of Knowledge; the ability to apply that knowledge in practical, everyday activities.
E Exhortation The ability to challenge fellow believers to examine their life and to obey God's commands.
F Leadership The ability to lead fellow believers in doing the work of the Church.
G Helps The ability to help others or church activities. Often works behind the scenes.
H Mercy The ability to give a fallen believer another chance and provide assistance.
I Faith All believers should have faith. But the gift of faith is an extra level that allows the believer to guide the activities of the Church by reminding others to depend upon God.
J Giving The extra ability to give in time, money, or other resources over and above what is commonly expected from all believers.
K Discernment The extra ability to judge false teachers or fallen believers and to warn the church to avoid those people who will mislead the church.
