I'm the guy who created The World of Vicki Fox.

Vicki Fox Productions Inc., is the corporate entity of Michael Russell. It is built around Michael's cartoon creation Vicki Fox and friends. The business is involved in cartoon character design, licensing, and merchandising. The business is also involved in puppet shows for church activities. The cartoon creation features Vicki Fox, the namesake and mascot of this whole experiment. Vicki is a cute cartoon fox lady who lives in a small, country college town in the hills of north Georgia.
